This week we get to know Toni Bridges!
When did you join the team here at Arbutus? I came here in December of 1981.
What is your favorite thing about being at Arbutus? I love people, I am a people person. I really enjoy my interactions with all the wonderful residents.
How did you get into the food service industry? Through school, I was attending Johnstown VoTech and was provided a job interview through my teacher Mr. Smith.
What is your favorite meal? Spaghetti
What is your least favorite meal? Liver
Tell us a little about yourself: I met my husband Bob at VoTech and we have been married for thirty-two years. I have two children, Bobby and Katie.
When you aren’t at Arbutus, what do you like to do? I like shopping, going to dinner, visiting my daughter in Pittsburgh, and enjoying company.
If you could meet anyone, living or deceased, who would it be? Elvis- he was always my mom’s favorite.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Italy! I’m Italian, I would love to go, and eat!
