Tours occur after cottages have been renovated. Tours are by appointment and must be scheduled in advance.
Cottages are considered ‘available’ until a deposit and residential agreement have been accepted by an approved applicant.
We occasionally offer a very limited rental option on select Patio Homes. Monthly rent is includes our association fee, garbage, water/sewer, snow removal, grass cutting, appliance service, and general house upkeep. Electric and phone/cable/internet are the responsibility of the tenant. 6 month agreement, then month to month- with the option to do the full buy-in in the first three years. Subject to application and approval.
