This week we get to know one of our Dietary Aides, Mann Yannutz!
When did you join the team here at Arbutus? As of June 3rd, I have been here thirty-three years.
What is your favorite thing about being at Arbutus? I really enjoy what I do, and I especially like all the residents. This is my ‘home away from home.’
How did you get into the food service industry? I started working in the food service industry back home in Thailand before coming to America.
What is your favorite meal? Thai food
What is your least favorite meal? Chili or sloppy joes
When you aren’t at Arbutus, what do you like to do? I enjoy visiting with people, as well as watching movies and television. My favorite is the Food Network.
If you could meet anyone, living or deceased, who would it be? Dolly Parton. I have always wanted to go to Dollywood in Tennessee. Much like me, she comes from a big family.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? I would like to visit my family in Thailand. I am the oldest of nine siblings.
