FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY! Kicking off our summer food truck series is the ‘Dirty Soda Shack’ with their first appearance on campus! Don’t let the name fool you- lots of great beverages AND food items!
*Our 1/4 all beef gourmet hotdogs…
-Buffalo bird dog- loaded with shredded Buffalo chicken, jack cheese, chopped celery, blue cheese crumbles, and a side of ranch.
-Southern bbq pulled pork dog- loaded with jack cheese, bbq pulled pork, French fried onions, small side of slaw.
-All American dog- loaded with bacon, American cheese, ketchup, mustard, relish, and chopped red onion.
All dogs are served with chips and mini dill pickles.
-Bbq pulled pork sliders- bbq pulled pork with our white cheese sauce, French fried onions on slider rolls, and small side of slaw.
– Buffalo chicken sliders- shredded buffalo chicken, jack cheese,French fried onions, and ranch dressing on slider rolls.
– chicken salad or egg salad on a croissant with lettuce tomato on the side.
* all sandwiches will also be served with potato chips and petite dill pickles.
