Tell us a little about yourself: I am a Dietary Assistant here, I prep and serve meals for residents all over the manor. I went to Forest Hills and live in Salix.
When did you join the team here at Arbutus? I started here in October of 2018.
What is your favorite thing about being at Arbutus? Spending time with the residents and getting to know them, they are very interesting people.
What is your favorite meal? A good roast and mashed potatoes.
What is your least favorite meal? Definitely pork and sauerkraut.
When you aren’t at Arbutus, what do you like to do? I babysit, visit my girlfriend in Indiana, enjoy watching shows like ‘Game of Thrones,’ and enjoy gaming like “Resident Evil.’
If you could meet anyone, living or deceased, who would it be? My grandfather, who passed away when I was 6 years old. I still remember him very well, they called him the ‘Italian Stallion’ and looked exactly like Sylvester Stallone.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Italy, because my family comes from there. I would love to see the Vatican, Colosseum, and other famous landmarks.
