Responsible for participating in all aspects of the admission and discharge process for the residents,; implementing specific procedures and programs; insuring the department’s compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the annual operating plan; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports as appropriate.
